The TSLOTS Fence System locks parallel to the saw blade, includes accurate measuring scales, maintains alignment and allows for fine adjustments. The T-slot extrusions will fit a standard 3/4' miter slot, our miter slot extrusion, or a 3/8' × 3/4' dado. They have a central V-groove for ease of drilling, and the outside surfaces are fluted to provide a strong mechanical lock when glued. Made in Canada by Veritas, they are anodized for wear resistance and to prevent oxidation. A t-slot extrusion can be used in other places besides jigs. Use a pair on a router table to make an adjustable fence. Or use one on the fence to hold a featherboard or two. Use them whenever you need to clamp anything anywhere along a straight line. The two most common t-slot sizes are 1/4' and 5/16'.

I’ve decided to part with my Excalibur Fence System. There are a few reviews available on-line if you’re unfamiliar with this fence system (Search: “Excalibur Fence TT45″), including this one from American Woodworker: “If the Biesemeyer is the Mack Truck of fences then the Excalibur is the luxury car”…. Fence & Rails are in fine shape…. Fence functions as it should – slides smoothly & locks down solidly and square. The t-slots on the fence top & sides are perfect for adding feather-boards, Board Buddies (or other hold-down guides), cut-off stops, etc…. That said, I’d much prefer to have this picked up here in Connecticut (I’ll gladly meet up wit you just about anywhere in CT and even parts of MA or NY)….
